I am born and raised in Maple Lake where I found my passion for Electrical work. I have since been a Master Electrician since 1994. Moving to Monticello, My wife and I started a lighting showroom in Monticello known as Little Mountain Lighting. This is where LeBrun Electric started. Since then, I have been working hard to dedicate and learn the best ways to serve you and your home to make sure your electrical system is safe for your family.
I am the CFO of LeBrun Electric, Heating & Cooling, a family-run business serving Minnesota since 1994. With a strong foundation in faith and integrity, she leads with heart—keeping finances sharp, operations smooth, and people at the center of everything. Lori is passionate about building a business that’s rooted in values, community, and doing what’s right.
I’ve been in the electrical field since 2021, and my roots are deeply connected to the trades since I grew up around them. Being an electrician is awesome because it allows me to play a role in making homes safe for their families. When I’m not on the job, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my three boys. Honestly, being a dad is hands down the best gig in the world.
Hey, I’m Austin LeBrun! As part of my family’s business for the past three years, I take pride in providing top quality electrical and HVAC solutions to our community. Outside of work, I’m a big hockey fan, die-hard fantasy football player, and love traveling with my wife, Amber, and our pets. I’m excited to continue serving our customers with the dedication and excellence that LeBrun Electric, Heating & Cooling is known for!
I joined my family’s business in 2022, starting in the marketing department, and quickly discovered my passion for branding and design, specifically in Social Media Marketing. I live in Annandale with my fiancé, Alec, and our sweet British Lab, Archie. On the weekends, you can often find me working at a local restaurant in Kimball, Son of a Butcher, where I love connecting with the small-town community. When I have a little downtime, Alec and I enjoy weekend getaways to Perham or Detroit Lakes for some fishing and exploring local restaurants.

I’ve been proud to be part of the LeBrun Family since 2023! After graduating in 2010, I joined the United States Marine Corps, where I learned the discipline and dedication that continue to guide me today. Following my service, I entered the construction world as an electrician and soon discovered a deep passion for leadership and mentorship. That passion led me into construction management—a journey that’s been nothing short of a whirlwind.
Helping others realize their full potential and achieve goals they once thought impossible is what drives me every day. Today, I serve as Vice President at LeBrun Electric, Heating & Cooling, where I focus on training, mentoring, and ensuring both our customers and our team members receive only the highest level of care and service.
Amber plays a vital role behind the scenes at LeBrun Electric Heating & Cooling, supporting the family business with a strong focus on organization, expense management, and team engagement. She helps organize and streamline processes, and also plans company events that strengthen a positive team environment and connection.
Outside of the company, Amber enjoys time and adventures with her Husband, Austin, and their dog Chester. She also works as an emergency medicine pharmacist. Her ability to manage critical responsibilities with precision, dedication and care in both fields reflects her commitment to excellence and her integral role in the continued success of the business.
I graduated high school in 2018 from Monticello High School, then managed to move to Staples where I started my degree in Construction at CLC. Once I completed my AA degree, I transferred to St. Cloud State and graduated with my bachelors in Construction Management. I have been with the LeBrun Electric crew since 2019. Some hobbies I enjoy are Bow Hunting and Fishing.
I have a passion for the great outdoors. I am a hockey enthusiast, I enjoy both playing and watching the game with my favorite team being the Minnesota Wild. When not on the ice, I love spending time at the cabin. I also love to golf and watch the PGA Tour events every weekend.
I started my journey into the electrical field in 2018 and greatly enjoy working with people, figuring out how things work, and meeting people’s needs! When I’m not at work I love spending time with my wife and family, rock picking, hiking and adventuring!
After 20 years as a software project manager I decided it was time to do something new and challenging. I’m excited to be part of the LeBrun family! In my free time I enjoy road trips with my wife, time with family and friends, cooking, board games, PC games, history, sci-fi, music and a sunny morning on my deck with a good coffee and a premium cigar.
I am a seasoned residential HVAC technician with over five years of experience specializing in maintenance and repair of comfort systems. I have strong technical skills and dedication to quality workmanship, I take pride in delivering reliable and efficient solutions for every homeowner I serve. Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer and spending time with my family.
I’ve been an HVAC Technician for 7 years. Getting to know my customers is my favorite thing about my job. When I’m not working I like to fish, golf, and ride my motorcycle. I also have a daughter that is my absolute world!
I have been an Electrician for 9 years, and a Journeyman for the last 3. I enjoy golfing around Minneapolis in the summers and rock climbing in the winters. I also love doing home improvement projects with my wife in the house we recently purchased, so I know how exciting improving a home can be.
I’ve been working in the trades for about 3 years now and I am currently working on obtaining my Journeyman License. I love anything related to music and I enjoy being outside as much as I can. I’ve been in the trade for 6 years, having worked in both service and install. I love problem solving and takes pride in the professionalism my work. In my spare time I like playing video games and spending time with my girlfriend.
